ORDER

On 04.03.2020, this matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner and this Court directed the Registry to list the case on 16.03.2020. Even on 16.03.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 17.03.2020.

2.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner neither in person nor through counsel. Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. This shows that the counsel is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same as non-prosecution.

3.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
