This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR pursuant to the orders passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an FIR was registered in Crime No.20 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on 26.01.2021.
