ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application seeking for sub-division and transfer of patta in her name for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition to substantiate her claim for sub-division and transfer of patta in her name for the property more fully described in this prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had submitted an online application with the respondent seeking for sub-division and transfer of patta as prayed for in this writ petition. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's application seeking for sub-division and transfer of patta in her name for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition is directed to be considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application seeking for sub-division and transfer of patta in her name.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 20.11.2024, seeking for sub-division and transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
