2.The 1st Respondent/Inspector of Police, Tiruppur South Police Station, Tiruppur District has produced the Detenue Anandhi, aged about 22 years from the custody of the parents viz., Respondents 2 and 3.
3.This Court has interacted with the Detenue Anandhi, who informed that her date of birth is 26.04.1996 and that she has one semester to complete the M.A. (History) Post Graduate Course and the Petitioner is known to her through his Aunt's daughter, who had finished her M.A. Course.
4.Earlier, the Detenue Anandhi was residing along with her parents at Ooty and for the last two years, she is residing at Coimbatore. Further, she has expressed her desire to go along with her parents viz., 2nd and 3rd Respondents. 5.In view of the fact that the Detenue Anandhi, aged about 22 years, is an adult/major who is entitled to take her own further course of action as she deems fit and proper and furthermore, when she has expressed her desire before this Court to go along with her parents viz., Respondents 2 and 3, this Court permits her to go along with her parents viz., Respondents 2 and 3.
