O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR lodged by the petitioner in CSR No.151/W29AWPS/2016 dated 26.02.2016 and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner got married to Hemanathan @ Hemkumar on 09.12.2013 and has two children through the wedlock. Their marriage ran into rough weather, pursuant to which the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 26.02.2016.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the course of enquiry the petitioner and her husband appeared before the Investigating Officer and counselling was held. Hemanathan agreed to establish a separate home near Pattabiram, which was not to the liking of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner wanted a place in Avadi, which was also agreed to by her husband. Under such circumstances, in a case of this nature, no positive direction can be given to the police to register a case.

In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
