This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28361 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until 1/3

further orders.

Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 5(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28361 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
