This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27374 of 2022 on 15.11.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and it is also made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
