This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.684 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32201 of 2024, dated 21.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.684 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32201 of 2024, dated 21.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.
