O R D E R

It is represented that the order, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, has been complied with in the form of rejection order, vide proceedings of the Tahsildar, Madhuranthagam in Na.Ka.093/2016/A1 dated 13.07.2017, which is taken on file and recorded.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that one page of the order of the Tahsildar, Madhuranthagam dated 13.07.2017 has been missing and on request, full text of the order has been furnished by the learned Special Government Pleader and as such, he is unable to prefer appeal in time and prays for appropriate orders.

3. In the light of the above, the petitioner is granted liberty to prefer an appeal before the Sub-Collector, challenging the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Madhuranthagam dated 13.07.2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the said official shall entertain the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, without putting the issue of limitation and after putting the concerned persons on notice, give disposal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
