ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the appeal petition dated 10.06.2023 within a time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 10.06.2023, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

3. Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submitted that a direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.06.2023 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the appeal dated 2/5

10.06.2023 filed by the petitioner and after issuing notice and giving opportunity of hearing to the parties in the appeal and interested parties/rival claimants if any, as the case may be, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
