Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.03.2015 in accordance with law.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.03.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has lost some documents and lodged a complaint to the respondent police seeking Non-traceable Certificate. In order to obtain the Non-traceable Certificate, the petitioner should get a Certificate from the Village Administrative Officer and also make a paper publication and then, give a representation to the police. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to comply with all the formalities. On completion of all the formalities, the police shall enquire into it and issue necessary Certificate to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
