This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the 1st petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21787 of 2022 on 30.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the 1st petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the 1st petitioner is modified to that effect, that the 1st petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
