This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 15.11.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 18.02.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the original authority, where the patta was granted. No costs.
