This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 27.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.18627 of 2023 to report before the Sessions Court, weekly once, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of the trial and apart from the Court hearing dates.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, monthly once, i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
