Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.03.2015 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a matter surrounding the dispute between the company and the subsidiary company and the same cannot be gone into by the respondent police. Hence, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted.

4.In view of the above, Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
