ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m until further orders imposed in the order dated 12.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.28228 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28228 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
