This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 16.11.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.05.2016 as "civil in nature". A copy of the Closure Report has been filed in the Court.
