The Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to expedite the trial in S.C.No.155 of 2014, on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Ponneri, Thiruvallore District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 3.It is seen that the offence was committed in the year 2012 and the final report has been taken on file in the year 2014. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is posted to 23.06.2015 for framing of charges. 5.After framing of charges, the Trial Court is directed to conduct the trial expeditiously.
