BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, GANGAVALLI POLICE STATION, SALEM DISTRICT, (CRIME NO.321 OF 2020).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner should report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders by this Hon`ble Court on 17.12.2020 in Crl.MP.No.8206 of 2020 in Crl.MP.No. 5036 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.10381 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.PANNEER SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8206 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10381 of 2021 on 17.12.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
