ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31213 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Mylapore Police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 31213 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
