VELMURUGAN, J This petition has been filed to amend the second respondent as "Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station, Hosur, Krishnagiri District", instead of "Inspector of Police, SIPCOT Police Station, Salem District" in Crl.O.P.No.32469 of 2024, which was disposed of with direction on 27.12.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The averments made by the petitioner in this petition, are not to be entertained, as the main petition was disposed of on 27.12.2024 itself and this petition could not be considered at this belated stage.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
