ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 09.04.2015 in accordance with law within a stipulated period fixed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It appears that the petitioner forwarded a complaint to the Hon'ble Chief Minster's Cell. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 09.04.2015 is not available with the respondent police.
4.Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the concerned Station House Officer with the photographs which has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been enclosed before this Court and on such complaint being given, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
