In similar matters, we had, by our order dated 19.12.2024 permitted the petitioners to continue their business till 30.04.2025, while disposing of the writ appeals subject to the condition that the arrears of rent shall be paid within a period of two weeks from 19.12.2024.

2. The petitioners also seek same protection and they have also filed affidavits of undertaking to vacate by 30.04.2025.

3. In view of the same, while confirming the order of the learned single Judge, we permit the petitioners to carry on the business till 30.04.2025 subject to condition that they will pay the rents regularly in future. The Corporation will de-seal the premises by Monday (13.01.2025). 2/4
