ANAND VENKATESH in WP.No.11554 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PAUL AND PAUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take fresh private notice to respondents 4 to 11 returnable by six weeks. The learned counsel for petitioners is also directed to take notice on Mr.G.Poongundran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of these respondents in W.P.No.30207 of 2019. The learned counsel is also directed to take fresh private notice to the first respondent in the Review Petition returnable by six weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioners is also permitted to serve notice on Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel, who appeared for this respondent in W.P.No.11554 of 2020.
