This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 532 days in filing the above second appeal.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondents on or before 13.02.2023. On payment of Rs.5,000/-, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate for the third respondent in the cause-list at the time listing the Second Appeal for admission.
