ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue appropriate orders for commencement of payment of pension to the writ petitioner under Contributory Pension Scheme No.7059186/EDN, based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2015.

According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 4 and 5 submitted that the petitioner sought for prayer in the writ petition with respect to Contributory Pension Scheme amount of Rs.4,59,184/- together with interest has been settled to the writ petitioner by the respondents, as per letter in Na.Ka.No.8624/A3/2015, dated 22.11.2017 issued by the Chief Educational Officer, Coimbatore. A copy of the letter has been addressed to the Law Officer, Directorate of School Education, Chennai - 600 006 and the same was placed on record before this Court. Hence, there is no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as a copy of the letter was placed on record before this Court, hence, the writ petition is dismissed, has now become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
