ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register F.I.R., on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.A reading of the complaint would go to show that it does not disclose any commission of cognizable offence warranting registration of F.I.R., and therefore, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted.

4.In view of the above, Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
