(Order of the Court was passed by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.

This Contempt Petition has been filed for not complying the order passed by this Court dated 27.11.2017 passed in Review Application No. 78 of 2016 in W.P. No. 29802 of 2013.

When the matter is called today, Mr. K.Srinivasa Murthy, Learned Central Government Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the First Respondent has filed an Affidavit of the First Respondent dated 28.06.2021 stating that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also filed a notification dated 28.06.2021, in which the Petitioner has been appointed as I.P.S. Officer. The relevant portion of the notification is extracted hereunder :- Name Date of Birth Position in Select List based on Review SCM Smt. In view of that, no further order is required in this matter and accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
