Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu Vijay, to cause production of her husband, before this Court and to set him at liberty.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the alleged detenu Vijay, was arrested and a case was registered in Crime No.49 of 2015 on the file of Grand Bazaar Police Station, Pondicherry for the offence under Section 380 IPC, dated 27.04.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Having recorded the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking her remedy, according to law.
