SOMANNA Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment passed by the MACT (Subordinate Judge) Gobichettipalayam in O.P.No.455/2014 dated 19-07-2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Judge, Erode (CMP.3186/2020) pending disposal of the above appeal CMA.520/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.THIYAGARAJAN,M/S K.GOVI GANESAN Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel takes notice for the caveators/respondents 1 and 2.

2.There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner/Transport Corporation deposits 50% of the compensation awarded by the Tribunal along with proportionate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interest to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.455 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Sub Judge), Gobichettipalayam, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
