ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to remove the online entry by cancelling the fake Patta No.1410 in Survey No.146/2B situated at Tharamangalam Village, Salem and conduct enquiry to take necessary legal action against the persons who are involved in applying and issuing the said fake Patta No.1410 in Survey No.146/2B situated at Tharamangalam Village, Salem.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner filed an appeal as against the issuance of patta in favour of the third parties in respect of the subject property before the second respondent and it is pending.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
