O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No. 1081 of 2017 dated 27.09.2017 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 324 IPC which is pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the second respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 27.09.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to investigate the matter and file a final report within a period of three months.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
