O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents herein to receive the online application of the petitioner for the post of senior Factory Assistant, pursuant to the communication Reg.No.732/pers.Eslt.8/2020 dated 09.12.2020 issued by the second respondent.

2. Mr.R.Balaramesh, learned Special Government Pleader on instruction submitted that based on the Writ Petition No.465 of 2021 filed by the petitioner Thiru.P.Gopinathan S/o Perumal pending before this Court, that the letter was delivered belatedly and the candidate being sponsored by the Employment Exchange, the petitioner will be permitted to attend the written test for the post of Senior Factory Assistant (Admn) directly as a special case (written test and oral interview is the selection process for the said post) as and when the written test is scheduled.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would further submit that depending upon the outcome of the written examination, the petitioner may be called for the interview.

4. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of and no further orders are required for further adjudication in this writ petition.

5. The petitioner is permitted to send the application for the said post to the authority either in person or through the post and despatch the same on or before 17.01.2021 even without waiting for the copy of this order.

6. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
