Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12702 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12702 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12702 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
