The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to withdraw the S.C.No.43 of 2010, on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur. 2.Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2010 and since so many preceding officers would have been changed in the District and Sessions Court, Perambalur the petition is devoid of merits and the same cannot be considered now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
