In the above application the sole respondent is reported died as early as in the year 2010. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to bring on records of the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent till date.
2. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and consequentially, the second appeal stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
