This petition is filed to implead the Inspector of Police, Haridwar Police Station, Haridwar, Uttarakhand as seventh respondent in W.P.No.34163 of 2022.

2.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit, satisfied with the reasons stated for impleading the proposed respondent as seventh respondent in W.P.No.34163 of 2022, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to implead proposed respondent as seventh respondent in W.P.No.34163 of 2022.

3.Issue notice to proposed seventh respondent, returnable in three weeks.

Issue notice to other respondents as well.
