C.M.P.No.15635 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.828 of 2024 R.HEMALATHA , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 269 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Mr.K.A.Samratt, learned counsel accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel accepts notice for the second respondent and they did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. 3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 269 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.K.A.Samratt, counsel for the first respondent and Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, counsel for the second respondent in the cause list and list the same for admission in due course.
