PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Ariyalur in Crl.R.C No.8 of 2014 dated 10.10.2014 confirmed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur in C.C No.64 of 2014 dated 17.06.2014 and allow the complaint in C.C No.64 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur.

ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the revision petition and confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur dismissing the complaint filed by the petitioner.
2. The petitioner had filed a criminal complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur against the respondent. The Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur, by an order dated 17.06.2014 dismissed the complaint under Section 203 of Cr.P.C. This order was challenged by way of filing a revision petition and the learned Principal District Judge, Ariyalur confirming the order passed by the trial Court and dismissed the criminal revision petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the orders passed by the Court below and there are absolutely, no grounds to entertain the same.
5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
