ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.47 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case has been transferred from the file of the first respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madipakkam. Hence, she sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition arraying the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Madipakkam. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
