..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.496/A1/17 dated 02.01.2018 quash the same and further direct the respondent to provide the benefit of the Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Ninaivu Marriage Assistance Scheme to the petitioner.

O R D E R

Learned Special Government Pleader today submitted before this Court that the petitioner's request has been complied with by granting the benefit of Marriage Assistance under the Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Ninaivu Marriage Assistance Scheme. It is stated in the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent that the petitioner is given a cheque on 24.01.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 8 gram gold coin as well, as per the above said Scheme.

2. The above statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader and that of the 3rd respondent made in the counter affidavit, as stated supra, are not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further as the petitioner's grievance has already been considered and complied with.
