This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 208 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition to set aside the order dated 30.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.1763 of 2020 in Crime No.2041 of 2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi (FAC) Tiruppur seeking to release 29 cows and 4 number of buffaloes belonging to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 208 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The petition seeking condone the delay is ordered. 27.01.2023 msr Note: The Registry is directed to number the Criminal appeal, if it is, otherwise, in order.
