This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to enquire, investigate and to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.06.2013.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered in Crime No.72/2015 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 427 and 379 IPC, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.06.2013. The said statement is recorded.
