This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent herein to comply with the order dated 14.12.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam in the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. A complaint was lodged by the petitioner under Section 200 of Cr.P.C seeking for a direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthagam by an order dated 14.12.2017 directed the respondent to conduct the investigation and file a report at the earliest. Accordingly, the respondent has conducted the investigation and filed a report before the Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthagam on 07.02.2020.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
