O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Gokila, daughter of Settu @ Mariappan, aged about 17 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by respondents 1 and 2. The petitioner/father of the detenue and mother of the detenue are also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents, who are present before us. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, the detenue is permitted to go along with her father/the petitioner herein.
