C.M.P. No.1552 of 2026 is filed to declare the first petitioner as major and permit him to proceed the appeal in his individual capacity.

2. C.M.P. No.1555 of 2026 is filed to discharge the first petitioner's natural guardian, his mother Chandra, from the present appeal as he attains the age of majority.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are ordered.
