Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VARSHA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed seeking to order substituted service on the Respondent by publication in one issue of Dinamalar Daily (Ooty and Coimbatore Edition-Tamil).

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition, this Petition is ordered to the following effect:
