The prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition seeking for grant of ordinary leave to the petitioner's brother has become infructuous in view of the subsequent orders dated 03.02.2024, passed by the jail authorities, wherein 28 days of ordinary leave with escort has been granted by the Deputy Director General of Prisons.
