CMP Nos.508, 509 and 510 of 2015 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 2477 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent ; ii) to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent and iii) to bring on record the respondents 6-8 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

2. Heard Mr. Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The respondents have been duly served as seen from the cause list today.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Second Appeal on 23.06.2021.
