O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23/11/2024 and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to furnish Transfer certificate, XII Standard temporary mark statement, X and XI standard's Original mark card and other original documents of the petitioner's son Sriram.
2. Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
4. The case of the petitioner is that even though, son of the petitioner Sriram, had completed XII standard in the fourth respondent School, the School Management had not furnished certificates to her son. Hence, the petitioner had issued legal notice to the fourth respondent and other official respondents on 5/9/2024. Without considering the future of the student, fourth respondent Institution, raising unnecessary reasons and withholding the certificates. Hence, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 23/11/2024 to the respondents for furnishing the certificates to her son. Since the same has not been considered till date, petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if this Court issues direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23/11/2024 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. Page No:3/6
6. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation to the third respondent, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent explaining all the facts, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation yet to be submitted.
8. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 22/1/2025 mvs.
